The sixty years of P.R. McIntosh's art reflects the times in which he lived.  After receiving his MFA from the Chicago Art Institute, he taught at Ohio State, Bradley University in Illinois, at the American University in Biarritz, France after WWII and at the University of Florida. He was featured in shows in Paris, New York City and the White House.
